Amy has earned herself another mention as she mumbled something slick about Kanye, even though Kanye has repeatedly declared his love & appreciation for her several times.
She said: “Let’s hear it for Jay-Z. The man has got bollocks to come here, and play the tunes you don’t even know you remember. Imagine if it was a cunt like Kanye West. ‘Cunts like Kanye’ - that should be his next album title.”
If you want to hear her say it, she says something of the sort in the middle of one of her songs. Obviously, Kanye fucking loves it.

I know it’s not really hip hop related, but what’s more hip hop than cleaning clocks. A punch is purely speculation at this point, but she definitely held her own out there. She had some words for Mr. West as well. The beginning of her performance, a bit more in HD, is available after the jump.

Has anyone told Noel that the Beastie Boys rocked the show 2 years before Oasis did, in 1994? It must not be that kind of hip hop he’s referring to. Hov made some more innocent comments about the whole thing on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross and just mentioned that he doesn’t think that 100,000 tickets in one day is equivalent to poor ticket sales. Although it didn’t seem that he was offended, airing out Oasis on stage was certainly well-warranted, and the show goers definitely deserved it.
But to be fair, from what I’ve heard from Oasis fans that heard what Noel said, he was just trying to be funny and that his sense of humor always gets trampled on by the press… but don’t tell that to eskay.
There are some pics of his performance, his interview with Tim Westwood, as well as DJ Semtex speaking on his some of his lyrics to hold you down for now.

Lupe declares that Hip-Hop does in fact have a place at the festival and asks the crowd to support Jay-Z’s set.
I’m confused though…where are the throngs of racist, rap-hating rock fans?

Com performs a winning verse penned by Jose Riviera for the In A Minute HIV awareness contest.
I’m a day late and a dollar short, since yesterday was actually National HIV Testing Day, but the message should still be heard. Which is why I think it’s kind of ridiculous that, given the gravity of the subject, Think MTV would have me go out of my way to find the embed code for this video.

For Jay-Z’s performance at Glastonbury 2008, he came out to Oasis’ Wonderwall. Good call Hov. Incase you don’t know. I’m sure more videos will surface later and I’m sure I’ll make another post with complete coverage or something. Until then, check out some illy photos. Now I must take aid to my ill stomach.

Yep. More A Millie after my rant against them. You may remember I said I’ll only post if it’s someone I care about as an emcee or they kill it to no end. Well, Killer Mike fits both. I apologize for the horrible voice-tagging job these guys did (I’ll update when I get it without). But this needs to be heard regardless. Will be featured on DJ Jelly’s upcoming mix cd, dropping July 4th. Above is the making of of the track itself. All courtesy of DJ Hotsauce.

From what was reported, The Game was going to be dropping regional type remixes. So I was expecting like four different ones. Looks like he just bunched everyone together for a super mix. No issues, shouts to X on the assist. I’m off to see sexy ass Angelina Jolie in Wanted. I’ll be back bitches!
